General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)​

Article 1 – Champ d'application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all services provided by VERSIT, a sole proprietor (Autónomo) based at:

📍 El Prat de Llobregat, Spain

1.2 By requesting the services of VERSIT, the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) accepts these GTCS without reservation.

Article 2 – Services Provided

2.1 VERSIT provides the following services: CRM implementation and optimization, Workflow automation, Sales process and pipeline optimization and Growth hacking and data enrichment.​

Article 3 – Orders

3.1 Each service is subject to a prior quote accepted by the Client. The order is considered final upon acceptance of the quote and these GTCS.​

Article 4 – Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Prices are indicated in euros and exclusive of VAT. Payment is made according to the terms defined in the accepted quote.
4.2 In the event of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with applicable law.

Article 5 – Client Obligations

5.1 The Client agrees to provide all information and documents necessary for the proper execution of the services.

Article 6 – Liability

6.1 VERSIT undertakes to provide the services with diligence and professionalism. It shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or client fault.​

Article 7 – Intellectual Property

7.1 All deliverables produced by VERSIT remain its property until full payment for the services has been made.​

Article 8 – Confidentiality

8.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged in the context of the services provided.​

Article 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These GTCS are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction where VERSIT’s registered office is located.​
